Manipulation Under Sedation involves a procedure called "Manipulation Under Anesthesia" (MUA). Manipulation Under Anesthesia is a non invasive, out patient procedure for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as neck pain, back pain, joint pain, chronic muscle pain and inflammation, fibromyalgia, disc pathology including herniated disks, torticollis and failed back surgery.

To work the area that supports your trunk and spine. It’s crucial that your core is strong because it comes into play, just about every time you move. Core training will also tone your torso and abs and keep your back healthy by improving your posture.

Exercises for the purpose of developing and/or improving strength, endurance, range of motion and flexibility.

Exercises for the purpose of improving movement, balance, coordination, kinesthetic sense, posture and proprioception.

Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, stress and to promote health and wellness.

Improves circulation of oxygenated and nutrient rich blood flow to heal damaged tissue. It produces a relaxing soothing effect on the locality of the involved area.

Reduces swelling & calms irritated nerve roots that exit the spine and decreases inflammation. It will also numb the locality of the involved area.

Passive exercise and movement done while the muscle is at rest. This will exercise and strengthen the muscle without injuring it.
