Manipulation Under Sedation involves a procedure called "Manipulation Under Anesthesia" (MUA).
Manipulation Under Anesthesia is a non invasive, out patient procedure for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as neck pain, back pain, joint pain, chronic muscle pain and inflammation, fibromyalgia, disc pathology including herniated disks, torticollis and failed back surgery.
Sports
injuries can be any sprain/strain or
“overuse” syndrome as a result of athletics. These injuries, if not
treated, will not heal correctly causing the joint to degenerate at
an accelerated rate. The
athlete is also exposed to re-injury of the same area at lower
threshold. Don’t let these injuries go today; if you do you may not
be able to play in the future.

Establishing pelvic balance and alignment is another reason to obtain chiropractic care during pregnancy. When the pelvis is misaligned it may reduce the amount of room available for the developing baby. This restriction is called intrauterine constraint. A misaligned pelvis may also make it difficult for the baby to get into the best possible position for delivery.
Chiropractic care during pregnancy may provide benefits for women who are pregnant. Potential benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy include:
What about chiropractic care and breech deliveries?
There is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment which
enables chiropractors to establish balance in the pregnant woman's
pelvis and reduce undue stress to her uterus and supporting
ligaments. This balanced state in the pelvis makes it easier for a
breech baby to turn naturally. The technique is known as the Webster
Technique.
